Friday December 12, 2025, from 9:30 to 13:30, at the Riccagioia Foundation 5.0 in Torrazza Coste (PV), a conference will be held “CLASSESE and AGRITECH Method”, dedicated to the new Italian sparkling wine and sustainable viticulture in the territory of research and innovation.
The meeting will be an opportunity for discussion between the research world, institutions and companies on the topics of’innovation in viticulture, of environmental sustainability and economic efficiency in wine production. The program will in particular explore the evolution of Pinot Nero in Oltrepò Pavese and the CLASSESE method as a model of an agroecological ecosystem for the competitiveness of the sector, up to the relationship between research, the market, and new innovative sectors.
The conference takes place within the framework of’SRG08 intervention: “Support for pilot and testing actions for innovation”.
